Atelaite Kepu draws from over a decade of organisational experience to make sure the depth of knowledge and the correct systems are in place early to de-risk projects and create successful outcomes. Atelaite has worked with Legal and Intellectual Property firms in Australia and New Zealand for over a decade. She manages the processes and crafts support for legal professionals allowing them time to focus on their own skill set. Her dedication and adherence to proven systems allows her to drive tasks in a forward motion, meeting internal and external deadlines efficiently. Atelaite is professional, reliable and skilled in business organisation and time management. Atelaite is a licenced real estate Buyers Agent.
Sione Kepu’s career spans one decade with Qantas and one decade of very exciting years as a former professional Rugby Union player who played competitively in over 22 countries. As a Professional Athlete, Sione developed many skills which enriched him to become an excellent communicator, a strategic and decisive thinker, goal orientated and solution focused. He has a unique ability to anticipate the next move. At Qantas, Sione had to dig deep into complex health and airline policies and procedures to make split second decisions about passenger care while navigating risk and reward scenarios for the passengers, the staff and the company at large. Sione is a licenced real estate Buyers Agent.
His proactive nature allows him to be a driving force in project management as well as a team player to achieve results. He is humble by nature but underneath that unassuming exterior lies someone who’s mind is always ticking and problem solving. He draws on his skill set to make sure things go to plan, people are where they need to be, risk is managed and problems are averted before they happen.
Together, Atelaite and Sione make a formidable team to ensure no stone is left unturned to make property development as painless and risk free as possible. They are open, transparent and humble people who know that real partnership is only ever achieved with integrity and trust as core principles. They look forward to the loyalty and friendship that investor relationships often provide.

Atelaite and Sione began their Property Journey by attaining Real Estate Licences to become Buyers Agents. They soon discovered their passion for Property Development and found it vital they progress further and gain more targeted education and knowledge. They studied Property Development courses to understand the fundamentals of the development process. Hungry for more, they shadowed projects to deep dive into the expertise of refining processes, such as creating systemized project costing tools, timeline planning and solution outcomes to develop property successfully. Sione and Atelaite then embarked to the next level by pursuing a more laser focused approach to training by building a close relationship with Australia’s leading Property Developer, Bob Andersen who is now also their mentor and Business Associate.
Atelaite and Sione continue to network with many experienced developers, trades and professionals to build a base of extended knowledge and contacts who can provide support outside of their own professional A-team. They recognise that the learning never stops and thrive on the ever changing and ever challenging world of property development.
